Our Core value kick off company meeting went great. I was so glad to be a part of it to see the excitement in service lane. I don’t remember as much excitement about birthdays and hearing the applause from everyone!!
To me this shows respect for your fellow employee. We want to continue these Core Values throughout the year and beyond. Take Neighborly for example, Jeff mentioned a smile goes a long way.
Maybe that person has a challenged family member or no one has spoken to them with pleasant comment. You can be that person.
